Two Weeks, Two Dates #44

Two Weeks, Two Dates is a fiction coming from the pens of two WordPressers, Ricardo Elisiário and Shaktiki Sharma, together contributing on a weekly basis.

Now I won’t be so funny as to say that I felt like I knew her already as our words started to mate and spark while we sat on that warmish lawn, but I must confess that her bearing, her tone and the calm that her solidary stare imprinted on the moment made it so much easier to really breathe in the whole evening and reach her as I’d expected in my thoughts.

A pretty solid vibe… actually stronger than I could have predicted but it turns out she was just that intense. Some people are so, some people have that flair, they put you inside the movie raising you high enough up to where you feel as glad as ever but also not dislocated at all. Like a golden shot, life goes right when it has to, and it isn’t always about to take it away from you the day after… her laugh could be summed up to right this, how she assured me that one could for once fall asleep not brooding over virtues dead, lost or yet to come, and that only cause the now happens to finally be the brightest time to dance in.

We left that park a place heavier with some doubts I laid there discarded, and naturally the prosperer it goes, lesser the weight your shoulders strained themselves carrying; as if to keep it real when, in the end, love and composure are beings from parallel worlds that will normally overlook each other, but I probably did not know that so well then. There’s ever so more to see and change in us… even someone as delightful as her has a frame that holds her up and a body open to a touch, and that fact in itself might teach you a great deal about how much we all miss right until our eyes are opened, to find it.
